As a third-party administrator, Henner provides various services to clients, based on international market standards and according to their specific requirements.
Henner has more than 250 multi-skilled client service officers dedicated to administering and managing our international health, life & disability insurance contracts, in our offices located in France, Portugal, Switzerland, Tunisia, Kenya, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany and the United States. Our teams are fully versatile, providing a single point of contact for all issues, and a direct phone line for our clients.

Brokerage
As an independent and leading broker on the French market, we identify the best placement conditions at the best price for our clients, negotiating with all major insurance companies on the international market.

By focusing on well-being and encouraging employees to take better care of their health, Henner has developed a full range of medical services.
- Medical Advisory Board: a team of experts that help and guide you to get the best care while making sure your health costs are well-managed.
- International Medical Network: Henner has its own international medical network including over 29,000 public and pricate hospitals, clinics, physicians, laboratories, imaging centers, check-up centers and pharmacies in over 188 countries.
- Prevention, medical check-ups and services such as “Concierge medical services”, etc.: thanks to our international network, we develop plans tailored to the needs of companies.
- Managing costs: Henner has gained significant expertise in detecting questionable cases. A specific team is dedicated to this mission within the medical department.
